Led an agency-wide digital transformation at the IRS, conducting interviews across divisions to identify obstacles to digital delivery. Delivered a digital maturity assessment, a living roadmap, and two "beacon" pilot projects including digitizing the paper-based W7 form and improving compliance operations.
